Hi, I’m Monet!

I am a physical therapist, specializing in pelvic health and orthopedic conditions. I am a Mama of 2, and I love to workout! As a runner, swimmer, cyclist, and lifter, I needed to rehab my body to get back to doing what I loved! And not just getting back into it, but coming back pain free and dysfunction free. Having a baby is actually the perfect excuse to slow down, start with the basics, redefine your breath, rebuild your core, discover your asymmetries, and build back stronger! I ran my fastest mile ever AFTER my second baby and I KNOW it's because I took the time to rehab right. And I want to show YOU how to do the same. Every Mama deserves to be educated on what her body has truly been through, and they best way to heal! It is NOT enough to just be told at your 6 week follow up- YUP looks great, good to go! Give yourself the gift of knowledge Mama!
